Our contingency Approach
Unique to the industry with direct sourcing and highly collaborative. We offer contingent services if you hire and retain the hire for 90 days. Our fee is remarkably lower and offers direct attention and a customizable approach.
17% of the first-year base salary. Yes, that really is our rate 3-10% less than the average.
Advisory
Ad-hoc or long-term customized talent acquisition advisory services.
Pricing is economical and scales down based on duration
Ramp Up or Reorg Process Package
Companies that need help setting up their Talent Acquisition process or a review and re-org of their current process and software.
We will assess and work with you on every aspect of a healthy talent acquisition organization to fit your stage and scale for the next. We can negotiate with vendors and get discounts not currently offered elsewhere or publicly with most vendors.
We have two offerings depending on your current growth stage and talent acquisition set up.
6 weeks; immersive ramp up (suitable for early stage companies)
12 weeks: (Existing processes that are looking for a reorg for scale)

After we’ve identified a best-fit solution for you, we kick off the onboarding process with a conversation that provides you with full visibility into our recruiting process - from submission to offer - and gives us the insights we need to map out recommendations for team composition and pitch messaging. Our goal is simple: we want to find and place great-fit talent for you and offer you a communicative, transparent, and satisfying experience.
